FIRST OF ALL, LOOK AT THAT ! n____n




... ok, I took those photos only for the sake of the song Su vilku į Rigą traukiu ("I'm travelling to Riga with the wolf"). Coz' you see. My cat is magic. Someday she looks like a wolf or a dog or a monkey or a leopard, sometimes a calf or a pebble or even a potato, a cow or a lizard or pastries. Yep. And rarely a cat.
... Srsly.


THE FIRST THING I WANTED TO SAY IS THAT MY MOM IS A PEARL.

She knows how much I love lithuanian culture and how much I want to be absorbed in it as I've done for 6 years now with japanese culture, and even if she's really disappointed that I'm planning to stop chinese to learn lithuanian instead, she respects my choices. Always.
We went shopping together and we entered a jewellery where they're selling amber. I simply told her I found that ring beautiful and how she reminded me of the Baltics ("Mama look, the green/grey should be Estonia, the orange one Latvia and yellow Lithuania... or simply be the Lithuania flag X3"). She instantly bought it.

I love her. Sincerely. I couldn't wish for a more beautiful gift for coming back home.
_{... though it was too big so I had to wait for them to make it fit my finger BUT they made a mistake and changes the stones so I had to wait again and eventually I got it 1 week after |D'}

When I came back home I noticed it looked like the drawing on the bag the Lithuanian Community offered me before I left, I shouted "MOM WE'RE GENIUS". *OTL*

I've discovered a very nice ukrainian tune, Kohannya by Haydamaky. I discovered it thanks to the magazine MINIInternational... yep, the car brand XD' there are 4 magazines per year and each one is about a city. There are many interviews, photographies and a fucking kickass CD with music, images, wallpapers (of cars, allas XD). My mom's friends brought me a long time ago 2 of them, one about Kyoto and the other about Kiev and it really interested me since that time. I was planning to order the ones about Tokyo and Seoul, then as I left I totally forgot |3 now I was wondering if they published it about Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn. Seems not yet XD the latest is about London.



They're really interesting, you should check someday !

About subscription : aaaaaawwww I received from the History magazine I read a order form for a box of 11 DVDs about the biggest battles of WWII *w*

We ate lunch at my mom's friends she met at her workplace. They're old people but they're SO DAMN interesting. 8D I could listen to them all time long, they're so adorables ;w; the man is a retired military, he was 8 years old in 1945 o_o so when he's telling me and my brother everything he had done and seen, we're all "D8". It's the first time I meet a person with who I can freely talk about that period. And he cooks like GOD ;A;
They're wonderful people <3
This afternoon we came to see them again, they made crepes ! ^///p///^ (and they even offered me very old encyclopedias about Charles de Gaulle D'8 that's beautiful srsly I'm just speechless)

Aaaand last but not least wednesday of last week my japanese teacher and the Consul of Japan asked me to celebrate in advance Tanabata 七夕 with them in the primary school near my house... I was supposed to introduce to children the history of mangas and animes but they were far more interested by the toys I brought |D' therefore I helped and totally failed them for origami. I wore a genuine yukata for the first time *w*
